⏱️ Returns Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after this period.
✅ To Be Eligible for a Return
Your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Include all original packaging and tags
Please note: Perishable, personalised, or hygiene-related items (such as food, flowers, earrings, or cosmetics) can’t be returned.
🚫 Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital items
- Health and personal care products (where packaging has been opened)
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few working days.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 working days, please:
- Check your bank or card statement again
- Contact your card provider or bank for an update
- If there’s still an issue, email us at cheekycharlie505@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve it.
💰 Sale Items
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To arrange an exchange, please email cheekycharlie505@gmail.com with your order details.
🎁 Gifts
If your item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value once your return is received.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked items.
